Gym - Use It or Lose It
The vast majority of gym members never make the most of the membership. If you pay your £40 a month by direct debit and you use the gym three times a week, then you are probably getting a good deal – and feel terrific into the bargain. However, if you are a mere mortal, there is a lot to be said for cancelling your membership immediately and considering other options (though not ones involving chocolate, pizza and beer). From the money saved, you can buy a decent bicycle and, should you be so disciplined, a rowing machine. Consider running to places where you would normally hop in the car. Take control of the treadmill.
